Als je je tijd waardeert, blijf dan uit de buurt van dit makelaarskantoor. Ik woon al meer dan 15 jaar in Brussel en ben betrokken geweest bij meerdere vastgoedtransacties, maar ik heb nog nooit zo'n lauwe, nalatige en onprofessionele service meegemaakt. Onlangs, toen ik terugkwam in Brussel na een buitenlandse opdracht, regelde ik een bezichtiging voor twee appartementen bij NMB. Ik boekte zelfs mijn vlucht speciaal voor deze afspraken. Vanaf het begin was de communicatie met de makelaar een nachtmerrie. Ze nam zelden op, negeerde voicemails, e-mails en WhatsApp-berichten en reageerde slechts af en toe met korte en informele berichtjes gedurende een week. Bij mijn aankomst in Brussel verzette de makelaar onze afspraak achteloos naar zondagochtend, zonder enige kennisgeving, wat ik accepteerde. De avond voor de afspraak stuurde ze echter een paar berichten met het verzoek om een extra bevestiging, die ik pas zag toen ik op het geplande tijdstip aankwam. Tot mijn frustratie kwam ze niet opdagen voor de bezichtiging en reageerde ze ook niet op mijn daaropvolgende telefoontjes en berichten met het verzoek om terug te keren naar de oorspronkelijke planning. Ik nam mijn kinderen mee om het appartement te bekijken, wat onze gezamenlijke teleurstelling alleen maar vergrootte. Als u overweegt om dit makelaarskantoor te bezoeken, raad ik u aan om te kiezen voor een gerenommeerder en betrouwbaarder makelaarskantoor.

Ze kent de markt, is nuchter, menselijk, vriendelijk (en ook humoristisch :) en de beloftes die ze deed waren realistisch en kwamen hun beloftes na. De follow-up is ook onberispelijk. Natascha is een uiterst professionele, vastberaden en gedreven makelaar. Ze kent de Brusselse markt door en door en vond in een mum van tijd (ik heb het hier over dagen in plaats van weken!) de perfecte koper voor mijn huis. Ze geeft u feedback over alle stappen van het proces en gebruikt daarbij alle nieuwe technologieën tot aan de ondertekening. Zelfs nadat de documenten zijn ondertekend, volgt ze alle kleine details voor beide partijen op. Ze is dynamisch, gepassioneerd, vastberaden, proactief, professioneel en detailgericht. Geen zorg is haar te gek totdat beide partijen volledig tevreden zijn met de deal die ze bemiddelt.
